In this case we used FRIALIT components to construct a Rhein-Bar and an Implant- Trough that was incorporated in the removable denture. Ball "snap-on" connectors were also used to assist the the security of the fit. Note the slender design of the bar which was cast in a class four gold. The restoration has to date been highly successful and has been used for lecture purposes by Dr.M.P.J. Young who was responsible for the placements and superstructure. The restoration was completed with a six unit lower ceramic bridge. Dr. D Barclay B.D.S.
